Recovery Services
Support Groups
We offer weekly support groups in both the Huron County and Lorain County locations.
Peer Recovery
A Certified Peer Recovery Supporter (or Recovery Coach) is a person with significant lived experience, has overcome issues with chemical dependency, substance abuse, and/or mental illness.
Narcan
We are a Narcan distribution site. We also sell at home drug tests for a voluntary donation.
Warm Hand Off
Warm Hand Off Project Certified Peer Recovery Supporters respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to calls from the staff at these hospitals to assist those suffering an overdose or in withdrawal.
Pre/Post Release
Peer Supporters are referred by jail officials to begin engagement with inmates during their incarceration.
Recovery Court
We are engaged on a regular basis with participants of Specialty Dockets.
Police Assisted Project of Lorain County (PAP) & A.L.E.R.T of Huron County
CPRSs respond within 90 minutes to calls from participating police stations throughout Lorain County
Medication Assistance
Individuals can be seen at the ER at Mercy Regional Lorain and request the special program.
Harm Reduction Clinic
This is important to keep our loved ones and those interacting with them safe of disease and it removes the shame, as it can be done anonymously.
Peer Navigation
Peer Navigation/ Outreach Desk has a comprehensive knowledge of the available resources throughout Ohio and can usually place clients with needed treatment within 24 hours.
