Peer Support
A Certified Peer Recovery Supporter (or Recovery Coach) is a person with significant lived experience, has overcome issues with chemical dependency, substance abuse, and/or mental illness. This lived experience provides the Peer Supporter with a unique perspective and expertise.

Narcan
We are a Narcan distribution site. We also sell at-home drug tests for a voluntary donation. NARCAN is A LIFE SAVING opioid-blocker used to treat opioid overdoses until medical help arrives. This device is easy to use and could mean saving a life.

Support Groups
We offer weekly support groups to anyone suffering from any addiction and also to the loved ones who are affected by addiction or recovery. These groups range from support to those in active addiction to the children of addicts and family members.

Gas and Food gift card donations are one way to assist Let's Get Real, as our Peer Supporter utilize these when transporting individuals to treatment, community appointments, and/or potential employment opportunities. Please feel free to either mail or drop off these gift card donations to one of our office locations.

Do you have hygiene items that are not being used, then consider donating them, as Let's Get Real does make up hygiene bags for client that do not have these items.
